We would love to have you onboard if you have hands-on experience in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own quality control for every release — manual + automation
  • Understand project goals, client expectations, and ensure alignment
  • Write & maintain automation scripts (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.)
  • Raise red flags early if quality is compromised
  • Refuse sign-off if the product is not up to standard — and explain why
  • Collaborate with developers, but stay independent in judgment
  • Report clearly on bugs, test coverage, and release readiness
  • Ensure delivery discipline — no last-minute surprises or compromises

What We Expect:

  • 2+ years of QA experience, including automation
  • Mindset of ownership and accountability
  • Not afraid to push back when quality is at risk
  • Good understanding of SDLC, test planning, and documentation
  • Strong in API testing, regression, and functional QA
  • Familiar with tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc.
  • Clear communicator — can escalate to tech and non-tech folks alike

What We’re NOT Looking For:

  • Someone who waits for instructions
  • Someone who “just tests what’s assigned”
  • Someone who avoids difficult conversations about quality
